What to include
Name the form you are filling and the size it asks for, say which phone and browser you use, and describe what the result card showed. A screenshot of the result card helps. Please do not send your signature photo unless you are asked for it.
Found a wrong size?
Send the exam name, the size you found and a link to the official notification. Confirmed corrections are made on the site.
What we cannot do
We cannot change anything on an exam portal, check the status of an application or fix a rejection that comes from a rule outside this tool.
