About Signature Resizer

A free tool that fits a photo of your signature to an online form.

Last updated 23 October 2026

What it does

Signature Resizer takes a photo of your signature and prepares it for an application form. It works on three things: the width and height in pixels, the file size in KB, and the file format. All of it happens in your browser.

Upload errors on forms are easy to cause and hard to read. A portal says "invalid file" and leaves you to guess. The result card here shows the pixels, the size and the format of the file you are about to upload, so you can see what the portal will see.

Who builds it

The site is built and maintained by Trilok, a web developer and blogger in Chandigarh with more than eight years of experience building websites and tools for clients.

Design and development: Tricity Web Design.

What it does not check

It does not judge your handwriting, your ink colour, the file name or any rule other than size, pixels and format. Those rules are in your own notification, and they are yours to follow.

Where the sizes come from

A size for a named exam is added only when it can be found in an official notification, information bulletin or application portal of the body that runs the exam. We do not copy numbers from other tools or coaching sites. Each row shows its source and the date it was checked.

Official means the source states the value. Safe range means no official source has been added yet, so the row shows a range seen in published guides and says so. It is a starting point, never a promise. At the moment the table has one row, a Safe range row for 140x60 pixels at 10 to 20 KB.

Found a wrong size? Email contact@signatureresizer.com with the exam name and a link to the official notice. Confirmed errors are corrected on the site.
